Next Steps (Submit) Button

If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer (IE), the Next Step button may not be visible at the bottom of this registration form.  Depending on your browser version, you may locate it by hovering over the white space directly above the CHES © 2022 text at the bottom of the page. 

If you experience this problem, please try the following to resolve the issue:

• On your browser's Menu Bar select Tools 
  Note: If the Menu Bar is not shown hit the Alt key while in your browser window.
• Select Compatibility View settings from the list of options
• Uncheck the Display intranet sites in Compatibility view box
• Click the Close button
• The site will refresh and the Next Step button should appear.
