Health Sciences Centre Winnipeg — Women’s Hospital & Energy Centre

Health Sciences Centre Winnipeg has been redeveloping and expanding significantly over the last 20 years. This tertiary care teaching facility of over 3.2 million square feet, opened the new 160 bed Women’s Hospital in December 2019. To support the growing campus a second central energy plant was opened in 2015, Join several of the team who have participated in these award winning projects from design through operation.

Women’s Hospital: Tour this Canadian Architects Award of Excellence facility from top to bottom: mechanical room, inpatient unit, operating theatres, neonatal intensive care unit and outpatient clinics.
Energy Centre: CHES 2022 Wayne McLellan Award winning energy centre featuring a continuously variable chiller plant and 6 MW emergency power system

Canadian Museum for Human Rights

The Canadian Museum for Human Rights is the first museum solely dedicated to the evolution, celebration and future of human rights. Their mandate is to explore the subject of human rights, with special but not exclusive reference to Canada, in order to enhance the public’s understanding of human rights, to promote respect for others, and to encourage reflection and dialogue.
