This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of healthcare engineering in British Columbia, help shape the future of our organization, and support professional Positions Open for Nomination (2 Year Term):
We encourage all members in good standing to consider nominating themselves or a colleague. Whether you are a long-time member or newer to CHES BC, serving on the Executive Committee is a rewarding way to make a meaningful impact. Please make sure you review the nomination requirements and eligibility.
How to Submit a Nomination:
Complete the nomination form attached to this email notification. Submit the completed form, by email, to: Chairperson of the Nomination Committee, Sarah Thorn, Past Chair, CHES BC, Chair of Nomination Committee at the following email: thornsarah21@gmail.com.
Completed nomination form must be received by Sarah no later than by January 31st, 2026.
BC CHES Chapter Election Schedule:
1st Call for nominations: (6) Months prior to the AGM – December 2025
2nd Call for nominations: (5) Months prior to the AGM – January 2026
Nominations close and are submitted to Chair – (4) Months prior to the AGM – February 2026
Voting – should an election be required, ballots will be sent to members by March 1st, 2026, and must be returned by April 1st, 2026
