Abstract Submission Guidelines

Your abstract file submission must include the following sections, properly labelled, and must be in Word format (.doc, .docx) only.
Max file size is 2000 KB.

• Session Title and Presenter Names
  The session title and presenter names should be clearly indicated on all pages as either a header or footer for ease of reference
• Brief Session Summary
  A brief summary about the presentation which describes the subject.
  50-75 words max
• Detailed Presentation Description
  400-600 words max
• Session Objectives
  3-4 bullet points (of one-sentence each) of measurable learning objectives for the attendees.
  Each objective must start with a measurable, action verb (i.e. assess, state, list, describe, identify, etc.).
  For example:  This session enables attendees to:  
  1. identify…
  2. assess…
     
  3. etc.   

Accepted Speaker Requirements

Upon acceptance speakers shall agree to provide the following, no later than August 15, 2018:

• Speaker Biography
• Speaker Headshot (minimum 250 pixel width)
• Final PowerPoint Presentation (.ppt, .pptx)
• Speaker Release (Confirmation of print, copyright and video permissions)
