If you wish to pay by credit card or bank transfer, contact the CHES MB Spring Conference Office at info@ches.org or 613-531-2661. Your payment must be received no later than March 30, 2024 to confirm your booth space.

Exhibit space availability is limited. Booth locations will be allocated by sponsorship level together with a first-come, first-served process, based on the date this signed contract is received by the CHES MB Spring Conference Office.
Some booth locations may be reserved for major sponsors.

Although we cannot guarantee to meet your request, it will be taken into consideration. If not applicable, please enter "N/A".

In the case of an Exhibitor cancellation, the request must be received in writing before March 30th, 2024; a processing fee of $75 will be charged on all refunds. If the Exhibitor cancels after March 30th, 2024, the exhibitor will be liable for 100% of the total contracted space costs. By cancelling this contract the Exhibitor forfeits all rights or claims to the allocated space and the Organizing Committee is free to rent it to others and collect the cancellation charge as damages.
