Infection Prevention and Control

Throughout all phases of a facility’s construction or renovation, there are many potential risks that can impact the safety of staff and vulnerable patients. From the introduction of airborne pathogens to contaminants from construction materials and equipment, there is a high risk of infection that can occur without necessary precautions. In this session, Natalie Goertz (IPAC Consulting) and Andrew Rodrigues (Colliers Project Leaders) will discuss the importance of infection prevention and control, identifying potential contamination sources and prioritizing mitigation efforts.
