IMPORTANT: Online payment to confirm your sponsorship is made using our payment processing system, Stripe. If you wish to pay by Direct Deposit, please select request invoice a the bottom of the screen. Invoices are produced manually and there may be a delay during busy times.

Your payment must be received no later than August 29, 2025 to confirm your sponsorship.

SPONSOR LEVEL

Sponsorship at certain levels is limited. Subsequently, we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted at the level requested. All applications are date stamped and accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Both sponsorship levels (and booth locations where applicable) will be allocated on a first-come, first-served process, based on the date this signed contract is submitted.
Some booth locations may be reserved for major sponsors.

Sponsor may include an insert in the delegate bag. This insert must not exceed 8 ½” x 11” and must be collated, folded or stapled as required for insertion. (i.e. only one piece to handle). You can also provide small giveaway items e.g., pen, sticky note. This is offered on a complimentary basis to sponsors.

No sponsor or exhibitor may place written materials in the public areas or tables in the exhibit hall. Promotional materials are restricted to the exhibit booth area.

• Conference 0700 - 1700
