The CCHFM Self-Assessment Exam is facilitated by Mohawk College.  Once you submit your application to write the exam and pay for the SAE, the CCHFM Advisory Committee will review.  Once approved CHES will refer you to Mohawk College and they will provide you with exam details.

Exams are done virtually using Respondus Lockdown Browser and MyCanvas Connect.
