CHES Member Rate for Booth: $2300 plus 15% Tax
Non-Member Rate: $2800 plus 15% GST

IMPORTANT: Online payment to confirm your booth space can be made using a credit card (through Stripe) or by direct deposit. Your payment must be received at time of booking or within 30 days of invoice date. Booth must be paid in full prior to August 21, 2026.

EXHIBIT SPACE DETAILS

Exhibit space availability is limited by the size of the venue space. In 2026, we are limiting vendors to one booth. NOTE: there are booths in both foyer and ballroom areas. Booth locations will be allocated by sponsorship level together with a first-come, first-served process. When this contract is submitted it is automatically time and date stamped.
Some booth locations may be reserved for major sponsors.
