The role of Treasurer has been acclaimed by James Prince from the Alberta Chapter.
CHES has opened the online voting for the two candidates who are running for the role of Secretary; Jeremy Kehler, Manitoba Chapter and Colin Marsh, Newfoundland & Labrador Chapter.
The ballot closes June 5th, 2026 and election results are expected within one week of election close.
Members in the Regular Membership Classification are eligible for office, providing they meet the By-Law requirements in Article 6; Governance, Item 6.3.3 Eligibility.
Eligible voters are Regular, Associate, Emeritus, and Lifetime Members who have paid their membership dues for the 2026-27 year. Unpaid members and Honorary and Student Members are not eligible to vote (By-Laws, Article 4: Membership).
