CHES Member Rate: $2100 plus 5%GST
Non-Member Rate: $2575 plus 5% GST

IMPORTANT: Online payment to confirm your booth space can be made using a credit card (through Stripe) or by direct deposit. Your payment must be received at time of booking or within 30 days of invoice date. Booth must be paid in full prior to August 19, 2025.

Exhibit space availability is limited by the size of the venue space. Booth locations will be allocated by sponsorship level together with a first-come, first-served process. When this contract is submitted it is automatically time and date stamped.
Some booth locations may be reserved for major sponsors.

Green Park Recognized Vendor Program

The CHES Green Park Recognized Vendor Program (Green Park RVP) is designed to showcase exhibitors whose products and/or services offer a distinct environmental benefit to Canada’s health services sector.
The short Green Park RVP application form is in addition to the normal exhibitor booth registration form and requests basic details about the benefits of your various ‘green’ products/services, and information on your company’s sustainability initiatives. The application will be reviewed by CHES and our partners at the Canadian Coalition for Green Health Care to ensure vendors are a good fit for the program.
Vendors accepted into the program will be highlighted on the trade show floor through the use of uniquely colourful signage and name tags at no additional charge.
The Green Park RVP is an integral part of the CHES National Conference framework and is designed to introduce attendees to vendor offerings that can help contribute to more sustainable health care for all Canadians.
